Was very happy with my visit to this practice. The team on the front desk were lovely to deal with and very supportive, during my initial phone call and on site. The vet I saw (Susan) was very gentle with my senior cat, made me feel comfortable and was knowledgeable. Happy to recommend this practice.

We were new to the area and didn't know where to go when our cat needed putting to sleep. Thankful we came here, the process was beautiful. Special thanks to the vet we had - he was knowledgeable and like a friend.

A huge thankyou to Falcon vets for looking after all our pets, especially Shevey who had surgery a few months ago at the ripe age of 16 and sadly was euthanised a week ago when she became unwell all of a sudden, today we received your condolence card with Shevey’s paw print and nose print, we appreciate all the support.

My hubby took a wild Corella, named Molly, who had been coming into our yard for the past two years, to Falcon Vet on Wednesday afternoon after she injured her leg and we found her sitting in the garden. The vet took our address, phone number, and details, and said they would let us know how she was doing. The plan was to take her to Mandurah Wildlife on Thursday.

Since we hadn't heard anything, I called Mandurah Wildlife, but they had no record of Molly. After being unable to reach the vet by phone, I went to the clinic on Saturday and spoke with Dr. Ewan. He was only aware of the initial check-in information from Wednesday and was not informed of any further details. He promised to check with other staff and ensure the records were updated.

At this point, we had no idea what had happened to Molly. Without any communication from the vet, I called them again today, Monday, to inquire about Molly's status. They informed me that she had been euthanized on Thursday morning due to not responding, and her body had been cremated.

We are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. Molly was euthanized and cremated without any update on her condition or the opportunity for us to make arrangements, such as burying her under the tree she frequented. This experience has been incredibly upsetting and frustrating.

"Molly, thank you for gracing us with your presence. We hope you have a happy life in Bird Heaven"!

Was so caring & helpful when my 18 year old cat became I'll, & able to ensure she was relatively pain free until her passing.
We have now adopted a kitten from them , & will happily continue to have any/all of his treatments there.

Falcon vet’s have been part of our household since 2018. 8 weeks ago we had freak injury/occurrence with our 12 year old cat. Because of the dedicated staff, nurses and 3 vets he is alive and hopefully with us for many more years. There are no words to describe how grateful I am for their excellent service, how much they love your animal as if it’s theirs and how they look after you as well as your fur baby. Their separate entrances makes it a stress free experience which is so unique and appreciated.

We were travelling through, and one of our small dogs "Snowie" got their paw stuck in the clip on their lead. The nurse was very caring and able to remove it. Thanks so much.

Sadly the first experience we had here was to have our family dog put to sleep due to a terminal illness. It was unexpected, therefore a complete Shock for us. I was so grateful that only by chance, we found ourselves with an appointment for this vet.
She was absolutely amazing. A very humble, professional, extremely compassionate, with just the right combination of the above, to deliver a very comforting and nurturing experience in a very difficult and emotionally disableling time.
Thank you for your awesome support from both myself and my sons. We recieved a sympathy card for the loss of Chella yesterday.....such a lovely gesture also ❤
