Used Betty before and had wonderful service, advice and everything was relatively easy. I decided to use Family conveyancing again. This time emails went unanswered for weeks, the contract of sale wasn’t obtained and when I chased it up I was told to do it myself. Won’t bother ever again. Find someone else.
