I love that the staff are so understanding about having kids.
Every time I come in, it’s just me and two young children. The staff don’t make me feel uncomfortable or insecure. They allow me the freedom to read and play quietly with my kids while we wait. It is extremely appreciated.
I am sorry that I don’t know any names, but it’s mostly the nurses in the vaccinations department, that I give thanks to! They are wonderful!! ? and thank you to the rest of the staff that also work so hard. ❤️

Also Dr Khin Win is amazing. She always giving you her time and is extremely informative. If you have kids I definitely recommend. She is my doctor of choice

Have the audacity of trying to charge a $50 cancellation fee for having to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances an hour before the appointment time, despite them NEVER being on-time themselves. My last appointment with them was 45 mins later than booked, without even an apology. Also, they wanted to charge $100 PER child that have the same minor issue and would have been seen at the same booking time. What a joke of a business.

After visiting the practice today I was thrilled to see so much information and support on display regarding breast cancer ?.
After fighting this myself I'm of the opinion the earlier the checks happen the better the information was plentiful Dr Ana is great and the reception team are very friendly Natalie & maria go above & beyond ? it's not easy to keep a smile on your dial when dealing with sickness and not so cheerful humans Each day
And the breast cancer ? nurses are absolutely priceless N>

Unbelievable, my first visit was supposed {quoted} to be charged at $100, but when i went to pay after the consultation it was $165, the clinic siting "a long consultation" 20 minutes was the length of time, not long considering basically all the doctor did is copy my history from the net website and give me one script. What a rip off !!

Excellent service. I don't remember the last time I went to the doctors and actually got in to see the doctor before my appointment time. Very thorough and efficient.

The receptionist Ashley and Nurse that was on2/11/24 Sat morning and Dr Cam we’re all very friendly and took the time to answer any questions, we had .

Arrived 10 minutes early but unfortunately several patients booked before me were delayed by road blocked due to traffic accident and I had to wait which wasn’t a problem. Staff, nurses and Dr’s are all lovely.

AVOID THIS PRACTICE. Disgusting and shoddy. As a new patient it was horrible. $120.00 for an appointment that was seriously late. The nurse did not write everything down for the doctor. The doctor was dismissive and almost rude. I have chronic problems that need blood tests for monitoring my condition and proper medication but instead I was given the wrong medication and no blood test.
