Would give 0 stars if I could. Poorly managed, unorganised, rude staff and no stock. They held my booklists for 2 weeks, when I wanted to take some things out I was treated rudley and told it will take a further few days to be finished. The news agents done both my book lists within an hour how embarrassing for you guys ?
