Argumentative, they need to have training in how to deal with frustrated people instead of arguing and making the situation worse. A whole month of dealing with undelivered and unscanned items, of course I was upset yet they don't like to help. Wouldn't have written this review if they BOTH just listened to me when I asked them to stop arguing with me.

Terrible customer service, was lectured for forgetting my PO Box key and asking for them to check the PO Box for me, I wouldn’t be writing this review if this was the first time I’ve had a negative experience with the staff here, another time the owner was bragging to me about how many post offices he owns, quite unprofessional!

The staff member apologised profusely to the people next in line after me and made multiple comments like “we got there in the end” after I cashed in multiple winning tickets and scratches and brought multiple tickets. I thought I was quick, knew all my winning values and what I was buying and prices. This is a Tatts lotto store after all. Lady, acting like I wasn’t even there. I was still there as I had to move to the second register to pay like it’s 1990 and this is what takes so long unlike other stores when only one serves and the other waits around most of the time to take payment as it is faster then serving. Open both registers!!!

Terri and the team at Fetch are amazing! They always go above for their customers. They've helped us with many services one including setting up our My Business Post. Stationery, post, giftware's and lotto - they're the best local one stop shop.
