Absolutely useless losers. Milked some 20K from me in my divorce process, and lost. I lost. For the money I've paid them. It took them months to exchange papers. They won't care for you. They need your money. Waste it and enjoy. I suggest you poison their fish tank with tobacco. Yet another ridiculous Aussie business. I can prove.

We recently purchased a house through the firm. As long standing clients was very disappointed in the service. Was told in writing our purchase was going to be given to a paralegal and from there was never kept updated, had to chase the paralegal continuously, as to the status and follow up emails; attended the office on 4 separate occasions (with notice that we were coming in), to be told by the receptionist each time the paralegal was too busy to come out and see or speak to us. Never saw or spoke with the paralegal in person throughout the entire process, not withstanding our attempts, and never heard from anyone else. The only one that seemed to care was the nice young receptionist who seemed embarrassed to having to brush us off.
