My husband and I wanted to purchase a newer home but we weren't sure what options we had. Can we afford 2 housed? If not, should we sell then buy or buy then sell?

Jazz sent us some questions before our in-person appointment which I reckon saved us a lot of time. She created a presentation and explained all possible options for our situation. We asked numerous questions, but Jazz never made us feel that we couldn't ask. When we've decided which path to take, Jazz helped us throughout the whole process. If she wasn't able to answer any buying/selling questions, she will let us know who to contact.
