In April 2024 my husband had to stop work due to ill health. The daunting prospect of preparing a TPD claim and dealing with the emotional roller coaster of not being able to work in the industry he had loved for 30 years was made so much easier with Christine as his advocate.
After being disillusioned by no win no fee lawyers who were obviously only interested in the money with their exorbitant fees, we were lucky enough to find Christine at Financial Framework.
From our very first contact we could tell Christine was a consummate professional as well as being genuinely empathetic.
We live in the southwest so had several zoom meetings with Christine , which saved us a lot of travel.

In October after waiting the six months before being able to claim, Christine submitted Darren’s claim.
Prior to submitting the claim Christine had ticked every box needed, including medical specialist reports, employer reports and all information the insurance company was after.
We were aware the insurance company could request more information and that the claim could take six months to assess.
After about four weeks Christine asked for a zoom meeting to just go over a few things…. imagine our surprise and relief when Christine informed us the insurance company had approved Darren’s claim, they did not need one single thing more as I believe Christine had covered all bases in the first instance. The money was immediately transferred to our super account.
Christine organised a meeting with one of the directors of Financial Framework to help us prepare for our future financially and we look forward to working with Josh now to achieve a happy retirement.
Thank you hardly seems enough for how Christine helped us, but hopefully people read this and engage her services and they to will see how amazing she is.

I don't know where to even start, truly...
It's taken almost two weeks for me to get my head around the fact that somehow, Christine managed to get me through what was probably the most stressful period of my life.
Many years ago, a friend referred me to Financial Framework. Hands down the best referral that ever happened to me.
Not only have they looked after me, every step of the way, but when things went very wrong for me, Christine (and Jay Brennan) had me.
At a time when things were SO hard, Christine knew exactly how to help me. I didnt even know that people like Christine existed. She has been through hardship herself which is exactly how she knew what I needed. She went above and beyond for me....calling me during my hardest times, literally pulling to the side of the road to facetime me during a panic attack. She talked me through absolutely everything.
