Hopeless, easier to do it yourself. Save the money and don't bother. Customer of 16 years, our original account no longer available. Gave a breakdown of everything for standard tax refund, the new supposed accountant didn't read it and everything was wrong. It took 6 goes to get it right and over 4 weeks to do a simple tax return. Not worth the money you pay and from now I'll be doing it myself. Less stressful.

I had to do my tax return again as the accountant helped me was not aware of the medical levy policy and procedure and applied for my tax return without medical levy exemptions. She stated ‘ it’s what it is’. I ended up paying for two accountant fees for this year.
