Blocked after trying to show statistic and facts to her about the pharmacy 60 day prescription change. Job losses and huge income loss to pharmacies. Rural pharmacies facing shutdown. If she won’t listen to her people than who will she listen to. After all she is in a marginal seat!
Never once was I rude or offensive.
She didn’t read any factual information I provided, she Just became offensive and rude. Last time I vote for labour!

Staff provide unbiased support when presented with issues within their control. Responded to me within an hour of me raising concerns with a pathway forward and the offer of further support when navigating legislation. MPs do not have a magic wand, and can not grant every wish of their constituents but when truly needed Fiona and her team have provided invaluable support.

60-Day Scripts is certainly a cheap Labor Policy. Lots of savings for just “some” Voters, Labor taking all the kudos but mostly funded by your local pharmacy. If, as you say in your shocking revelation, Australians have been paying too much for medicines, then why doesn’t the Federal Labor Govt fund the PBS appropriately? Would Labor rather decimate local small businesses.?

You haven’t done your homework Fiona, this is policy on the run with no understanding of the PBS nor the consequences of this brain fade. Masquerading as a welcome reduced cost of living initiative, it’s substantially funded by your local pharmacy.

Fiona, if you really want to offer reduced cost of living to your constituents, then stop pretending you’re funding this policy and allocate appropriate financial support rather than penalising your local pharmacy.

How is this MP representative of her constituents when she blocks comments from pharmacists who will be adversely affected by ALP bulldozing 60 day dispensing policy. Have we become a communist state? MP Phillips allows a fake account “Australian Pharmacist” make comments (you guessed it, pro-comments) which is tantamount to State controlled media like. So much for democracy, maybe she will learn the hard way next election that Australia is a democratic country and public representatives are elected by the constituents. Not comrades supporting the party line. Seems ironic no other Labor MPs are publicly supporting this policy. Why are you “doubling down” Minister?

I enquired with her office whether provision would be made in the upcoming budget for an urgent Medicare clinic in the Shoalhaven. I received a vague and disinterested response. Very disappointed.

Asked a question on Facebook as to why she won't meet with small business impacted by the 60DD policy and got immediately blocked. I've never been so disappointed that an elected official doesn't understand the core concept of democracy.

Because of her actions heaps of pharmacies will face the closure and heaps of people will lose their jobs in the next few months and lots of most disadvantaged members of our society will suffer from their medical conditions without any access to their usual pharmaceutical help

Would give zero stars if possible. Twists words and uses specific language to divert the truth. Trust nothing that comes out of this ministers mouth. Enjoy your short stay in parliament.
