My Partner & I used Fabrizio to purchase a house in Italy. We live north of Brisbane in Australia and cannot read or speak a word of Italian.

I had a terrible experience with Mr Fiorino when he worked at Porta Lawyers and SLF.
Absolute waste of money.
Obviously there’s a pattern with the with Fiorino Law as this pass the buck or tarnish who’s simply stating facts. I have had Mr Fiorino for 2 or 3 occasions with different law firm but the character has always been Mr Fiorino so as you mentioned in relation to non payment I wish I had not paid as there was a conflict of interest lack of professionalism and clearly lack of knowledge or worse you knew that you were taking advantage of someone who lacked the education that you had, second as per google reviews Porta Lawyers have a reputation of this behaviour that Mr Fiorino has become accustomed to as me foolish engaged his services when he moved practices so after spending money that perhaps I should of burnt for emails and phone calls and an apparently a courier that never happened my comment of I’m just going to change the locks the response from my practicing solicitor was (Mr Fiorino) make sure that you provide the other party with a copy of the key after his only job was to obtain a copy of a key to a property I also own but that’s a simple task if raising this review has triggered you, good I may save the next sucker. This tarnish the client mentality will be your undoing. Different Law firms safe character same mentality
