Dan was instrumental in helping my wife and I buy our first home. Within 2 days of starting to work together Dan managed to read through an entire sales contract, educating us about all of the ins and outs of the house purchase. Buying your first property is a stressful experience, however this was made a lot easier thanks to his patience and expertise!

I got in contact with First State Conveyancing in Wallsend because I had used them before when I purchased my first house and was very happy the first time. And this time Jessica looked after me and the experience was incredible. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. I am blown away, she went above and beyond, she is patient, organised, doesn’t miss a thing and always returned me phone calls and emails as soon as she could. I could not recommend Jessica enough! This is my first investment property settlement and my gosh how much easier things would have been for my previous house settlements if I had Jessica and the Wallsend team looking out for me. Although I am relatively young and still not quite savvy with conveyancing terms she did not treat any question as ridiculous.
Also very important to note, Jess was lighting fast with her replies! Did what she said she would do immediately and was always available with any question I had. Many thanks for such an awesome experience!
