I couldn't wait to share a minus -1 review for Megan Shea. I put in an offer for certain price a nd she advised me TWICE they wanted closer to asking price. SHE SOLD the house for the same as my OFFER TO SOMEONE ELSE when I put the offer in FIRST. She failed to approach me again with the FULL knowledge of how much I wanted that house. She told me no they wanted closer to asking price TWICE. What a lack of competence in these negotiations. Such a lack of foresight, and experience in the real estate business. Her incompetence cost me my last home and be cause she never followed up she never k ew that my mother's legacy to me far exceeded the ASKING PRICE. Such incompetence in supposed professional r/e agent.

Amanda has been a dream to deal with. I can say she was part of the reason we purchased the property. It was like dealing with someone who treated the house as her own.
