The job got done but the level of communication was poor. Emails unanswered and I only sent 3 or 4. No confirmation that everything was ready to go for settlement until asked. Owner was condescending and didn’t listen to my questions. Still in the 1980s. Won’t use again.

We have used Floreat Settlements many times over the years and they have been fantastic. However whilst our recent purchase was seamless their professionalism was not. I agree with other reviews regarding Justin's phone manner. This should have been a trigger to go with another agent. We ended up with the mother and once again agree with other reviews.
Not once was an email from me to FS acknowledged. We now discover that there was never any RCD/s and smoke detector report, this apparently should have been part of the settlement process. When asked FS response is = no response.
Consequently we chose a different agent for a settlement currently in progress and it has been a pleasant professional experience.
