First visit last week and very impressed so far. The friendly receptionist helped me get an early appointment and then even called back when there was a cancellation. The space is clean and comfortable, with all staff wearing masks. Both the dentist and the hygienist were friendly, patient, and kind, explaining clearly what they were doing and answering questions. No one felt like they were rushing me.

Florey Dental Care is a very friendly and patient-centered clinic. I first contacted them due to a severe toothache, and I was impressed by how quickly they responded. Receptionist Anne was incredibly helpful and managed to book me in for an emergency consultation on the same day.

Dr. Jho was kind, patient, and thorough in explaining the issue with my tooth. He took the time to check everything carefully and accurately diagnosed the problem. They provided a clear quote for the surgery, and there were no hidden costs, which I really appreciated.

When I experienced severe pain before my scheduled surgery, Anne was again amazing—she liaised with Dr. Jho and managed to move my appointment forward. She was flexible, thoughtful, and provided excellent customer service throughout.

The clinic itself was spotless and well-sanitised, which added to my peace of mind. My husband also had a scaling treatment there, and Dr. Jho was just as dedicated and professional in his care.

A great clinic with dentists who care and work within your needs, budget and understanding to help meet your needs. You will understand the process and breakdown of all treatment and they will never recommend treatment they don't think you need. They do their best to accommodate any requests and do well with children and dental phobia.

I went in with a toothache. I waited 20 minutes for my appointment. They highly suggested I would have to get a root canal or we could try a filling although they didn’t have enough time to do the filling that day. Lucky I went to a different dental clinic the next day because in fact I did not need a root canal like previously suggested I actually just had receding gums that was causing the tooth pain which they put a fluoride solution on and it came good! If I had listen to the dentist at Florey I would have been in for $2500 for a root canal and a lot more pain I did not need. Very disappointing…

Dr Sen Le has been our family dentist now for many years. He has always been highly professional, friendly and trustworthy. He strives for only the best care for his patients – providing honest advice that is always in the best interest of his patients. He did an outstanding job on fitting braces for my wife (which was a very difficult case) and has provided excellent care for my children’s teeth. He is gentle, patient and skilful in his approach to dentistry – now my son is never afraid of visiting the dentist. I highly recommend Dr Sen and the team at Florey Dental Care.

I've been here a few times now with my emergency vouchers, this is by far the best dental practice I have been to in decades.

They strive for a painless, calming and and informative service.
The wait is generally longer than you would like, but that's a testament to the service they provide, since a lot of people keep coming back.

We need more dentists around that exhibit the values, empathy and quality of care that these folks provide.

As a person who is petrified of dentists, Dr Sen Le was the most professional and caring dentist, made me feel very relaxed, explained every process for a pain free experience.
