I don’t know how to put into words my extreme gratitude to The FLOYD Law firm from the time I have walked through the doors I was treated with the upmost respect. I explained my case as it’s messy and linked to another state that I No longer reside in due to resolving this family issue. I had an appointment for a consultation with The most wonderful lawyer Mrs. Bonnie Drake Loomis. I explained my case and told her it was messy she instantly knew I had be railroaded and knew where she wanted to start from the time I walked in her down and then retained her the next day we got my son back where he belonged. She let my voice be heard that kept being shut down and fought for me and my son. And we are still working on the rest but we got the most important part handled 1st! She did in 1 day what my lawyer in another state couldn’t do in the past few months. She is very understanding, respectful, caring to her clients needs, assertive and knowledgeable. She is what I would call a shark and definitely if you need a family lawyer she is the finest one and so glad to have her on my side for the 1st time since July I can breathe again and I owe it to her THANK YOU Mrs. Bonnie Drake Loomis for giving me back my voice and for getting my son back! I struggle to even give one star to this firm. Lisa did a horrific job on my real estate transaction. I had to do all of the work, I created the addendum that they copy and pasted into their own addendum and then they charged me $300 for it. I was double charged even though all they did was email me documents that I had to print, I had to get a notary and I had to drop it off. They already messed up the deed that was prepared and they would have gotten away with giving interest to an undeserving entity if I had not have caught it and brought it to their attention. I asked in the beginning of the transaction to keep my social security number and personal information private, instead they shared it with the 3 strangers I had to sign with. I would never recommend this law firm and it's a shame for what they get away with charging people for such poor service. I am still waiting for copies of the signed documents that I requested.

They send regular email updates to let us know if there is a change in state or local law that requires us to update our documents. Our first experience with the Floyd Law Firm was when our realtor recommended them for the closing on our new home. We met Patricia Anderson, who handled the closing. It was such a pleasure to have her represent us. She was extremely professional, and courteous. Recently we went back to the firm for assistance with estate planning. We again had the pleasure of working with Patricia Anderson. We worked together for several hours, and had our estate plan fully explained, to fit our needs perfectly. After the documents were prepared, we went over the entire document, item by item before we executed them.
We all hope we never need the services of a law firm, but I know if we ever do, it will be The Floyd Law Firm, without any question.

I just had my will redone due to being from another state and I went to Floyd Law and met with Patricia Andersen. It was like a breath of fresh air dealing with an attorney. Patricia took the time to go over things that I did not understand from my previous will and made me feel so comfortable making decisions regarding these issues. She did a personal will for me and not just a preform set of papers that you would just fill in the blanks. I highly recommend this Law Firm for any of your attorney related issues. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. You won't be disappointed.
