Recently had an deceased estate settlement and property settlement done through Forde Legal.
Cannot speak highly enough of Renee and Joseph at Forde Legal everything was done at a very high professional manner .
Joseph always kept me advised as to what stage he was at by phone and email.
Fees were good and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a solicitor in the future

Not easy discussing a WILL with a fragile lady.. Joseph did an amazing job making the discussions easy and made mum feel at ease and comfortable with the entire process..

Continued with the Power of Attorneys, and followed up wirh changing her house title.

Put a smile on mums face to see her name finally as the property owner..

Daughter used Ford Legal for recent property purchase. We're very disappointed that this conveyancer did not raise a red flag in relation to an owner's corporation resolution in the Section 32 which is now causing us much angst, time and money. If this issue had been brought to the purchaser's attention, the sale would have not been concluded. Simply not good enough.
I do not claim to be a client of yours. My daughter has a different surname as is not uncommon! And this most definitely, is a genuine review. The complaint is not frivolous.
