Dreadful customer service. We called Foreshore settlements and asked them to represent us as the seller, gave them our details and they advised us to ask realestate agent to send through the property details.

One week later we receive an email from Foreshore stating they are representing the buyer and as they don't know who we are or who is representing us could we supply them with our settlement agents details.

I called and spoke to Dee who talked over the top of me saying we do lots of quotes and I don't remember you!!!

If you want good customer service go elsewhere because clearly they have too much work and can't remember who their clients are.

Very disappointed, day of settlement basics like insurance papers with bank listed (sent 3 days prior saying bank not listed )paperwork from shire chasing it up on day of settlement again could have been done days prior. I have done a settlement myself and made sure I had everything correct prior to day. Settlement delayed, then on day of settlement said they would call once all through NO phone call. They new we had to pu keys within 30 minutes and didnt bother to call when I had stressed if they could.
