Would not recommend.
David was supposed to be representing on behalf of our father. Instead he decided to represent a brother and has created a conflict of interest. On behalf of my 3 siblings, communication was absolutely appalling from David. Phone calls and responses to emails took forever to respond to and in most cases not at all. We have had to get another solicitor to protect our father’s estate from David and the brother who is causing a lot of trouble.
Scott was very supportive of my sister dealing with this issue.

Worthless if your looking to pay a lawyer to not contact you and sit on their hands this is the place almost 3 years to process an estate and still waiting.

Friendly personable Solicitors however their communication sucks big time!

My two requests were simple, when can I collect original will and please contact/action real estate request.

Shouldn't have to ring 3 times AND email 3 times before it was actioned. Response my apologies but I've been very busy.

Glad for you business is thriving, well guess what "I'm busy too" trying to organise probate at this most emotionally sad time for us ☹

Their communication was appalling, I did not get responses to emails with questions I had. When I followed up with a phone call David told me at one point my email was lengthy and he didn't have time to read it. Going through grief after the death of my father I feel they made made the process harder with the lack of communication. I would not recommend this practice.
