I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the same frustration. This agency has been completely unresponsive and unhelpful from the start. Despite multiple follow-ups, they never return calls, provide no meaningful guidance, and seem to lack knowledge when it comes to handling qualified professional cases.

They make promises to update but always respond with the same generic excuse: “no update yet.” It feels like they’re only equipped to handle very basic or low-skill migration cases (e.g. truck drivers or odd jobs), and anyone with a more specialised background is simply ignored or misled.

This is not to disrespect anyone’s profession, but when you’re seeking proper advice and trust someone with your future, it’s disappointing to receive such poor service. They should seriously consider either improving their service or shutting down to stop misleading people with false hopes.
