Happy 25th. Im normally not all that endeared by Real Estate people but our experience with You guys was awesome. From Buying the property to property management. We had a young fellow that looked after our rental and he was amazing. Very sorry you lost him becuase his backup wasn't that good.

I guess the stigma that property agents are not supportive to tenants doesnt apply here. I had fantastic experience when i left a rented property. Chiquita and team did a quick assessment and i got my bond back in full. Just make sure we take care and clean the property thoroughly. Thanks again!

They are very quick at responding which we really appreciated.

A few interactions where a bit more effort could have gotten a fairer outcome, but we never got the impression that the team were our advocates. Some disappointing experiences with overpromising, and at entry/exit.

Joseph and his team did an amazing job. Selling my house was stress free and I was always kept in the loop with what was happening. The sale was quick and smooth. To add to this review. Last year we also had Joseph sell our block of land, my partners house and we also purchased our new home though him. We love our new place. Everything was great. Emma also does an excellent job. Would very strongly recommend for buying or selling.

Sonya Lester has managed my rental property for at least several years now. Property management can be a difficult task. Sonya is always open, pragmatic and helpful. We were looking for a rental to move in since early January. Due to not having much luck with real estate I posted on one of Mackay pages hoping to find somewhere privately. Kylie sent me a msg that she works for Gardian real estate and that she can give my details to their leasing specialist to see what they can do to help. Shortly I got a call from Rochelle who explained a bit more about the application process and where we are standing. Not even a week later we were successful in one of our applications and managed to rent a unit! I wanted to thank Kylie and Rochelle for helping us out. It's definitely worth to reach out sometimes and speak to real people instead of just applying blindly on the internet! I have no doubt we will be happy in our new unit and that Gardian will be our new favourite real estate agency😊 thanks heaps again!
