Thought Rebecca was great, the mediation went well. Its now been weeks and we still have no document at all. No communication. When she was taking our money she was very active in the communication but now there's nothing. Please don't waste your time or money go to literally anyone else.

My experience with Bourke Mediation has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. It has taken them almost a year to organise a simple arrangement between my ex-partner and me. The entire process has been dragged out far longer than necessary.When I raised concerns about the delays, Bourke Mediation was quick to deflect blame and insisted they had done nothing wrong. Despite their clear lack of efficiency, they decided to close my file rather than resolve the issues. This led me to escalate the matter to Consumer Affairs, who have since progressed my complaint.Given my experience and seeing other similar reviews, I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to tread with caution. Their lack of professionalism and inability to manage straightforward cases is alarming. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for mediation services.

Was completely and utterly disappointed by the unprofessional and mediocre document that was provided after spending a combined amount of $1400. Have since had to go to a lawyer to re-write the mediation document as it was not submitable. Contacted Rebecca several times to make simple corrections such as spelling of names, addresses, dates, important information. The 'amended' copies continued to have errors. Rebecca closed my file without rectifying the situation.
