Frau Weislehner versteht es sehr gut den Mandatanten im Erstgepräch von ihrer Fachkompetenz zu überzeugen. Leider entspricht das nicht der Realität, den als Fachanwältin für deutsches sowie australisches Recht war der Aufwand für Recherche viel zu hoch. Als dieses Thema angesprochen wurde, hat Frau Weislehner das Mandat niedergelegt. Mit Courage hat das nichts zu tun und es gilt festzuhalten, dass meine Situation ausgenutzt worden ist. Deshalb kann ich Frau Weislehner in keinster Weise weiterempfehlen.
Leider entspricht Frau Weislehners Kommentar nicht der Wahrheit, den mein Fall wurde nicht mit Legalaid geloest. Ein Behauptung die klar die Kompentenz in Frage stellt.
