These lawyers prefer not to to take on a multimillion case with clear prospect of success because they’re upset the case sets a precedent that Australian law holds no power. That’s the assumption I’ll make based on a balance of probabilities derived from dealings with the most distrusted and fraudulent profession on the planet. Can’t even recommend anyone with the actual skill to take it on because there isn’t anyone with the expertise to simply regurgitate the work I’ve done. Even that’s too difficult. How pathetic - not just as a law firm but a whole industry.
