Bruce and team handled the sale of our house very poorly. Multiple issues with them, namely a lack of communication.

1) We were never informed of changes happening until we called to see how things were going.
2) when we asked what options we had available to us when renegotiating with buyer, we were waved off, given no real advice and then when pressed, Bruce got defensive, annoyed and angry with us.
3) communication to other solicitor wasn't timely, and not followed up either. This resulted in multiple delays.
4) used excessive jargon and would not explain things in simpler terms unless pressed, and would then again become angry with us for time wasting.
5) multiple times tried to pass things off as "the realtors job" but never CC'd realtor on any emails, so they were unaware of the complications until it was almost too late to do anything.
6) constantly got details wrong, eg settlement date, names, amounts etc.
7) when we would express even a modicum of frustration with him or the process, we were condescended too, told to "calm down" and spoken to in patronising ways.
