We've been dealing with Glass Goodwin for several years and there has been a lack of proactiveness, pragmatism and action to close out an estate. While communications were always slow, it's at the point of emails not being responded to at all leaving us in the dark about where the matter is up to. I would not recommend their services.

To respond to your comment below. The estate matter is for my father. We have sent emails to Chantelle Tabone and Jeremy Glass asking for updates/direction on 21/5, 25/6, 4/7, 5/8 and most recently 17/10 this year without a response.

Very lackluster. Responses are slow, if they came at all and require constant follow-up. Glass Goodwin appears to be procedural rather than proactive, with little to no effort made to close out and resolve issues.
