Not really worth the drive. Better to go to Mary craincross park they have a cafe. This only has drop toilets and walking tracks. View is nice but still too far away.

Really easy but intense, I really enjoy always in this track, Vegetation and a lot of trees, always warm but with shadows.

At the top you can sit and relax a little with the view after having climbed for 30 to 40 minutes.

Enjoy and explore more.

Amazing national park with many fine climbs. Ngungun is family friendly, Tibro is a great challenge, and Beerwah offers a true adventure for those with a head for heights.

Beautiful national park!! You can hike or climb up the different mountains (not all in 1 day). Views are breathtaking. I recommend to go up early or late as it gets quite hot and sweaty during the day.
The only toilets we saw were by the visitor centre.

I highly recommend to go the Trachyte Track to Jack Ferris Lookout and then the Yul-Yan-Man Track. I planned to go to the Tibrogargan summit but because of controlled burning of bushes around this mountain this track was closed (they do this every Winter to reduce the risk of bush fires throughout the hot months). But this alternative route was great as well, with some wonderful views over the nationalpark with its mountain peaks. From the Yul-Yan-Man Track I even was able to see some of the higher buildings of Brisbanes skyline which is about 60km afar! Do not let the signs at the beginning of that track intimidate you, I did it without being a "professional bush walker" and without any special equipment. Yes, there are some steep climbing sections, but this is rather fun than being difficult. Definitely worth a day trip!

Always want to go hiking to this mountain, finally after years, climb up high, alot of people going for bush walk and climbing the mountain, very nice spot and supported by nice weather, not so hot neither cold, good for family gate away too, taking the kids for walk and picnic with amazing views.

Great walk! Very beginner and kid friendly. View from the top is nice and really rewarding. Dress light because you ARE going to sweat. I wish I had brought my running shoes because my normal sneaker did NOT tolerate this track well :’( no dogs are allowed
