Reception staff are awesome.
Dr Shantha is great. nurse is THE best ever for blood extraction, shes got the most delicate touch with the needle. Pleasant change.
Been attending since before xmas 2017. After a thorough review of my medications the persistent cough ive lived with for 10+ years is gone. My blood pressure is muuuch better. My asthma is basically no longer a worry.

Had an appointment for 11:30 and wasn’t seen till 12:45. I was then charged $75 to get an X-ray referral (2 to 5 min appointment). The doctor told me I could call up to get the results over the phone, no need to book in, but now they say I have to pay another $75 for the results. That’s $150 total for less than 15 minutes of the doctors time. This place is a scam and I would avoid at all costs

Edit: this was sorted out in the following days and I was bulk bilked a Telehealth appointment for the results

Asked if my son needs to get another dose of a vaccination he just had after spitting it up, instead of being told yes or no I was told to make an appointment on order to be given a simple yes or no,
Responding to commentary from centre, I was advised that I would get a call back from a nurse I the morning if what was communicated would result in my son having to come back for an additional dose, to get that confirmation I was then advised I would need a booking in order to receive that information of a YES or a NO this request was not being made of your admin staff.
