Goonellabah Library is a hidden gem! They offer an amazing sale on books – adult books for just 50 cents and kids’ books for 20 cents, which is fantastic for building a home library. The kids' corner is wonderful, with a cozy atmosphere perfect for little ones. I was there when someone was reading stories to the children, and it was such a nice, engaging narrative. It's clear the library puts a lot of effort into creating a welcoming space for families. A great place for the community..

Still plenty of buzz and positive attitude from library staff.. new pop up library opening at 146 Molesworth Street in downtown Lismore.
You can still support your local library by buying a bag of books for only $1.. that is great value.
Plenty of books here, browse and borrow the extensive collection or with lots of generous donations coming in, fill up a bag for only $1. Friendly, helpful staff, easy parking and wheelchair friendly.
Also, Services NSW are temporarily located here for all related matters.

Always full of ill disciplined kids screaming and running around. Staff do nothing about this and are happy to yell out to each other from the counter to the back room.

I’ve been here TWICE and both times they’ve been closed!!! On a Thursday and Monday at 1pm!!!! It’s bloody ridiculous, they’re a PUBLIC LIBRARY....... very disappointed. The library at Ballina that is run by the same people is always open but they don’t have the movies I want

Attentive and professional staff. If they don't have a book, they can usually source it through an inter-library loan.

A smaller library, still has all you would expect from a library, a sister library to the main library in Lismore
