$65 dollars in the bin. Asked for support 1 message on a question was answered and thats it. Horrible experience. This feels like a big scam as I could've filled my taxes out on the ATO site for free. I paid to get help with my taxes not be left alone with some bot that doesn't ask questions or tries to optimise your taxes.

It’s always a shame when you hear great things about a business, then on first interaction feel like they do not want to be speaking with you. Unfortunately I can’t speak for their accounting, just phone manner in this case. Won’t be booking.

Thought i would try this service started filling in details then app wasnt doing what it was supposed to this was followed by by smartarse comments by their assistant Mark saying it was me not the app it kept on not working the guy did not have a clue what he was doing then he starts by doesnt matter whos fault it is yours mine blabla who cares whos fault it then realizes it has a problem starts calling me princess get over it honey and on and on the guy mark said he had been repremanded and sacked 2 weeks notice, I message the company 2 times they didnt even get back to me care factor ZERO
WOW 1 WEEK GONE BY STILL NO RESPONCE FROM COMPANY LITTLE CARE FACTOR MAYBE I WILL UPLOAD TRANSCIPT
