Due to my difficult situation, It's very hard to get my visa ,but Grace Education was so helpful , once Grace understood my situation, we chat on the phone over an hour and she gave me some good suggestion in the end . This company threatened me that if I didn’t review them in the way they wanted, they would publish my personal information on the Internet😱. Their idea really surprised me. A seemingly formal agency, They have such a terrible customer policy.
I have clear evidence to support my above comments and I will be happy to provide it to you if you need it. With all due respect, don't choose a Chinese agency, they lack basic service quality.
