Welcoming and friendly receptionists who try to accommodate your needs as much as possible. Doctors are willing to listen and are non-judgmental. Nurses are really kind and caring - especially with anxious kids. Really helpful having the pathology attached to it as well.

I had two appointment booked, one for my 4 year old and the other for myself and honestly I can say I had such a pleasurable experience. My appointments ran on time from the doctors, nurses and administration team, all staff were accommodating by demonstrating care, understanding, and was treated with respect. Overall my experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend.

Even after I have moved away from Rockhampton, I still consult Dr. Siva for my medical needs. He is one of the few best doctors I’ve had in my life. He is a very good listener, kind hearted and treats his patients with respect and compassion. His medical expertise are profound and admirable.

The building is clean and receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Doctor didn’t speak the best English but was super lovely. Only disappointment was the lack of communication from the person in the treating room, snatched my sample and walked off. I was left a bit unsure and confused but the ladies at reception were able to sort it all out.

My appointment was 11.20am today. I was with the doc at 11.22am. No kidding. Since moving to Gracemere in November 2024, I have had a few encounters with Gracemere Family Practice - all of them great. Very understanding, patient and thorough. Highly recommend.
