Absolutely appalling professionalism from Alan. On the court date for family matters he hadn't read any of the material from the other party and when asked about a number of things, had excuse after excuse and no ownership of his wrong doing. Showed no care or pride in his work. Only there to collect a check. Would not recommend at all!!

If there was a minus 10 this would be the score.
John could not do a settlement, was not present for the settlement, threatened me with quitting the sale transaction 2 days before settlement, could not add up figures for settlement, then it took me 4 months to get my money back from him, then on top he refunded me a lesser amount then it should have been!
I just had to cut my losses and move forward. Very unprofessional, he could have had an on going business with me, but with his attitude, must stay away from him as far as possible. I have considered to report him to QLD Law Society.... just too much stress with this guy....

Very disappointed with the service provided. They were responsible for my Father In Laws Estate. Lack of communication and estate was being held by Public Trustee for no reason and we ended up chasing this down for the lawyer. Their fee was fair higher than the service given.
