Poor communication, drafted letters to be sent filled with misinformation and then charged for them when they couldn't be used. Promised return of phone calls that never happened, and then cancelled their services after a miscommunication on my part via an email and hanging up the phone when I tried to call back after their failure to call me as promised. Take your money elsewhere.... Find a professional....

Horrible at getting back to you and following up. If you need something done you must call at least few time as they are always unavailable.
Unprofessional and insensitive to clients in needs. They might not do what they promise and once your contract with them is expired they wont talk to you anymore. However the front desk is friendly when face to face and they offer you coffee etc.
