Terrible accountant - would not recommend anyone going here. I had been audited by the ATO for the covid relief funds back in 2021 and required business activity statements and bank statements to be sent to the ATO. Andrew the accountant, had told me to not worry and that he would send everything to the ATO. After 3 months, and several upfront payments later, I had received an email from the ATO saying that I had failed to send the required documents and will be forced to repay the relief funds. After calling Andrew, he had told me that he had not completed anything...
Only after your money, will overcharge you and not get anything done.

If I’ve could have given the option to give 0 star, I would. Do yourself a favour, please avoid this accounting agent at all cost. They are very unprofessional, rude. They don’t communicate to you at all to let you know where your case at. I have been chasing them for more than 2 weeks, they promised but no delivery and lack of communication. Terrible terrible service
