I am writing this review on behalf of my brother-in-law, who currently resides in India. He applied for his 491 visa approximately 2.5 years ago, managing the process independently. In January 2024, they received a letter from the immigration department requesting additional documentation, which they promptly submitted. However, in March, they received shocking news: their application was at risk of refusal due to allegations of not providing genuine information.

Upon hearing this distressing news, my brother-in-law reached out to me for assistance. As I am not an immigration lawyer, I began searching for legal help. Unfortunately, after consulting several MARA agents in Adelaide, I encountered numerous refusals to take on his case, which left me feeling hopeless.

Then, I was referred to Greenhill Immigration and Ms. Hasina. I decided to visit their office, hoping for some support. During my meeting with Ms. Hasina, which lasted about two hours, I reviewed all the documentation with her. We submitted the response to the immigration department, and after two months, we received great news: they requested final documents necessary for granting the visa. Just two days ago, my brother-in-law was officially granted his 491 visa.

This incredible outcome is entirely credited to Ms. Hasina and her dedicated team for their hard work and expertise. Without their assistance, my brother-in-law would likely have faced visa refusal.
