Receive a “no obligation “ phone call about unclaimed money appearing on the ASIC website.(along with 4 other ambulance chasers). Greg Evan’s however was the only person who invoiced me for the “work” he had done.
It’s akin to receiving a cold call, rejecting the offer made, but the cold caller invoicing you for the call.
When I called about the invoice I was told some garbage about it not being compulsory to be paid, it’s like a good will gesture.

What a wonderful surprise when I received a letter from Greg Evans Recoveries advising unclaimed money in my name was being held by Qld. Public Trustees. The claim procedure was simple as Greg provided the form to complete and mail to QPT. I received the funds approximately 3 weeks from lodgement of my claim. Greg Evans Recoveries is certainly genuine and only charges a small percentage for his service.

This business is disingenuous at best. They have sent me an invoice on the basis of nothing. I have had no contact with them and have not engaged them. They have sent an invoice requesting a share of money that they assume has been paid to me from ASIC. This is appalling behaviour.
