As a first home buyer, we got to experience the good and bad of buying a house in the ACT. Sure, we had the gazumping sketchy snake oil salesman real estate, the full spectrum of dodgy real estate agents, the fact if we lived in NSW we would have had access to 17K in first home owner grants where the ACT government give us nothing.
On the other hand, we had Griffin Legal in our corner throughout the whole process. Kelly Bush, Stefanie Stewart-Jones and the team there were endlessly patient with my incessant questions, concerns and completely transparent through the whole process.
Cost is always a concern for all elements of the home loan purchasing process, but Griffin Legal were transparent and charged us exactly what they said they would up front.
Kelly’s advice and guidance through the complex process of purchasing a home was clear, concise and gave us all the information we needed, when we needed to know it. She prompted us through the necessary actions when they needed to be completed, deal with the sellers solicitors and our specific requests with diligence and care.
I can not recommend Griffin to first home buyers more highly, and Kelly and Stefanie in particular.
