If they had a negative 5 star i would choose that so If you want to throw your money away then this is the firm for you.
I have family members who have been a client and lost thousands of dollars. David rice failed to summit documents even when the magistrate kept repeating to him what documents he needed 5 wasted court proceedings for nothing!!! But still charges you ... when asked simple questions he mumbles and get aggressive and hangs up on you even when he agreed to talk with me.
Before you say "YOUR NOT OUR CLIENT" I will never be your client I've seen what you do. DAVID !!!

I required urgent assistance with a legal matter in relation to a tenant. I contacted the office and spoke to Mr Rice. He patiently listened to my issue and reassured me that could assist me. I was contacted shortly after by Biju who set out, in plain English the pathway I would need to take. Biju dealt with lodging the documentation in court and liaised with the tenants. He represented me in court as I live in Newman and the court was Midland. He arranged for the court to call me so I heard the case while it happened. I was awarded everything I asked. Biju phoned me as soon as he left court and debriefed with me. His main concern was that I understood the judgement and I was happy with the decision. Since the hearing, Biju has contacted me on a couple of occasions to ensure I had received the appropriate documents and that I had received reimbursement. The fees for their service was very reasonable. IThe process was expediated and I felt totally supported throughout the process. Will definitely use their services again.

Speaks loudly over you as your trying to discuss something in a civil matter then begins to get aggressive and hangs up and won't take your calls. I emailed and rang the office and didn't get a reply till almost 2 weeks after then lied about why there was no reply. Only time they communicate via phone is when you ring them after asking them to call you numerous times.
Didn't inform their client that they didn't need a lawyer/solicitor to attend court with them as it was a civil matter that didn't require a legal representative. Tried the intimidation game by making themselves obvious by walking near then trying to communicate with the person being taken to court.

Love how you accuse me of abusing staff yet it was one of your solicitors who abused me. I spoke politely to him and the receptionist when I rang back after being abused and hung up on. I even asked the solicitor to stop being so rude.

Biju the lawyer that was handling my case was absolutely wonderfull. I recieved 100% support. I would highly recommend Griffiths Rice & Co. If I ever need a lawyer again I know where to go. They have done nothing but taken advantage of me.
They were also extremely disrespectful.
