Growth Faculty provides a great platform with just the right freqency of in person and online events. There is a great library with great content. Been a member for over 10 years now and the service just keeps getting better. Seeing Jim Collins live in Chicago was an absolute highlight!

I joined originally many years ago and then I was lucky enough to have an employer funded subscription recently. Once it was finished I self-funded as I get so much from the events. I loved the discounts to Brene Brown as a member and also that Adam Grant will be live streamed for members. I really enjoy being able to catch up on event replays when I cannot fit the live event into my schedule

The Growth Faculty is absolutely amazing. The quality of speakers and workshops absolutely blows my mind. If you only attended a few of the events you would get heaps of value, but knowing that with a subscription you can attend something almost every week is just brilliant.

Businesses should absolutely be getting this for all their current leaders and future potential leaders. A must have leadership tool.

I just had the luxury of participating in Agile Leadership: Navigating Change and the Unknown with Dr. Jen Frahm and Lena Ross and it was so insightful and powerful. They are so knowledgeable in their field and it's evident by how smooth their session flowed. I had 3 really big - ah-haah moments:
1. That sharing love as compassion, how it doesn't wear you down and can help create a positive solution 2. Design with empathy but delivery / lead/ execute with compassion, and 3. Sadly their is a rapid increase in psycho social hazards in Australia – laws have changed – Change lead poorly is the 3rd highest cause of psycho social hazards = jail time if this law is breached [this one literally blew my mind]
