I think it’s safe to say GSE is the best broker in Canberra for hospitality business.

I have recently sold my business through GSE. Despite a high asking price and tough market conditions with high interest rate, my business is sold and settled within 6 WEEKS. The great thing about this sale is that I got a formal offer in a week after the ads published. This cannot be done this quick without GSE who has a great pool of vendors and buyers in hospitality market and also their exceptional marketing strategies.

I’ve heard great things about Rob from friends so I decided to go with GSE for this sale. Kristy Green, who work with Rob for GSE in Canberra market, was my main broker. I’m pretty sure that Rob is amazing, and I can assure you that Kristy is just as great from my short time working with her.
