I made a regrettable error by booking without checking reviews. It's baffling how irresponsible this firm and its affiliated lawyers are. I scheduled a critical one-hour consultation with Shay Duce, made the payment, and received confirmation for a telephone call appointment. I was unimpressed but still expected the call to proceed. However, two days before the appointment, I received an email stating, "We are unable to assist and are returning the payment." This experience was incredibly irresponsible, unreliable, and unprofessional.

It seems like I'll need to send 10 emails just to get an estimated time for the refund to reach my bank account.

This review is from services we received last year. My son had received a summons, we arranged a meeting with the Canningvale office, the person we saw was knowledgeable and made us feel this would be a quick fix. He told us that we would be looked after by someone else and she would make contact. We had nothing but trouble from beginning to end, the lawyer never contacted us, we were constantly chasing her, I rang the Law Society, who explained what I needed to do to get the lawyer to do something, by this time they have your money and as I didn't have experience of dealing with lawyers and the stress of the situation, you end up having to stay with them. Long story short is that this "company" basically, sub-contract the work out, even after my complaints I never heard from the owner of the franchise again, it was probably the worst experience of my live and my son's, we ended up in court with this lawyer 5 times, because she had no idea what she was doing. We eventually found a proper lawyer and after looking over all the paperwork I had saved, documented conversations with the lawyer and email correspondence, he told us he would have had it done and dusted first court date, second at most. I did write to them requesting my money back for the absolute shame that they run, but of course they wasn't going to happen. The only thing that this company have going for them is their great SEO.

Completely disappointed every step of the way. Started With my lawyer leaving and not being informed for over a week. Then lost my paperwork, I got extra bills when I was specifically told the payment I paid up front was the total payment. Takes several days to get a response from my emails if I get one at all. Was told the whole process would be done within 4 weeks but we are now on week 9 and still the application has not even been submitted to the court. I've told my lawyer how unhappy I am and that I want to complain to the senior partner but he has never so much as sent me an email let alone a phone call. I'm very unhappy with the service. Do not recommend at all.

This was my first time needing a lawyer and was provided with an outstanding and amazingly professional one, Yasmin was too the point and very upfront about my circumstances, I was guilty and had no grounds for defence but she managed to work her magic and get me a minimal penalty in the way of a fine instead of spending time behind bars. Very disappointed with the services provided by Phillip Kelly. Could not be reached for a double check of a document which he had promised. Contacted us 30 minutes late for a secondary phone appointment, we had a 11 minute phone conversation in total when paid for an hour. He never called us back on request or answered any emails.

I provided Tony with a quite difficult challange and was very pleased that the following day he had started work on the issues. For a lawyer to want to solve an issue as quickly as possible is rarely heard of in this day and age. Well done
