I'm very happy with the service I received from Alanna at GTC Lawyers. I contacted them last minute Friday afternoon before my matter being heard the Monday and had contact from Alanna very quickly. She was genuinely empathetic to my situation, explained the court process and expected outcome easily. She also kept in contact with me via email over the weekend so we were on track. My outcome was exactly as Alanna anticipated, which was best case scenario. Thankyou again Alanna, hopefully I won't need your services again but if I do, I would definitely have you represent me again.

Got the result we were aiming for, However communication is not there best asset. I made my appointment in november my case was on 4th may we had 5 months to get stuff ready n everything was left a week before to chase up. I did contact office several times & left messages but it doesnt appear that reception is doing there job. BUT Patricia did a wonderfull job never got my hopes up she was strong n confident n got the result i was hoping for. So for that i am grateful ..and she really helped talking me through everything as stressed as i was over the matter.

When I first started the process I thought I had a good lawyer. As time has gone past and I learnt more about the legal system in retrospect I regret using this service. I wanted local but I got someone form inner west who used a temp office which made it appear a local
Lawyer when in fact coming from well over an hours travel away. I used someone young and inexperienced and I should never have settled and agreed to the outcome. A more experienced lawyer would’ve advised differently. Lawyers are always expensive but looking back I am disappointed I used this firm and learnt a lot about hiring someone fit for purpose.
Do your homework and choose someone who specializes in the help you need.

I've actually lost faith in solicitors or lawyers. I went in here pretty much crying because my last solicitor just stopped answering and never finished what we agreed on and what I had paid him covered for...
Jokes on me again!! Another solicitor who pretended to care and do their "job to the best of their abilities" but action doesn't show and communication lacks from everyone in the office. It's almost like you have to get angry to hear back from anyone about something they promised would be quick and easy and would be sorted within a months time. 4 months after receiving my payment I'm still here trying to get a call or an email or something..
I still don't know where I stand or where my case stands and I haven't been responded to my few emails for a months now and on TOP of that I haven't heard back from anyone in the office including the receptionist who promised to give me a ring back. When she is "back in the office". It's almost becoming too strange she is never in the office 😀

I've heard great feedback and bad feed back but now I can truely say this law firm is almost like playing the pokies.

They either remember and care about you
Or they take your money and brush your case to the side

Samira listened, gave excellent advice, support and provided step by step guidance as to the whole process which until this time I'd had no involvement or knowledge. Alanna was fantastic, couldn't have asked for anyone better, she tended to my needs, was there when I needed her and also had great communication. She was kind and consecrate of my needs and did a fantastic job.
