I have been dealing with David Fitzgerald from the Gold Coast office for the last couple of months. Unfortunately due to some terrible judgements I have made in regards to driving while supspended on numerous occasions.
I had quite a serious case at this point and I have had a few solicitors in the past represent me in the same matter and was feeling a little worried about my case outcome.
However, David has been by far the most consistent, attentive and well communicated solicitor I have had representing me.
I cannot express enough how well he presented to the courts my case. It showed tremendously, the fact he had listened and taken on board what I said in our meetings prior. He was meticulous with his work , assuring, upfront and honest. Which built a good client relationship throughout my case.
He was contactable at any stage throughout my case and answer any silly questions I felt I had to ask.
I would like to thank Go to lawyers for putting me with David Fitzgerald - I couldn't have had anyone better representing me. A+

DO NOT ENGAGE SERVICES. Most appalling lack of service service I have ever encountered. Initially consulted the firm and spoke to a lawyer on the 4th of Feb 2019 - agreed to engage in services and emailed all required information.
Not once did the lawyer return emails or calls made direct or through the 1300 number despite numerous attempts to contact. I sought a refund of the initial consult fee after 3 weeks of zero service and I am STILL waiting for anyone to return calls a month later.
The receptionists on the 1300 line are extremely polite and each and every one apologises on behalf of the Lawyer. I feel sorry for them having to deal with unhappy clients and doing their best to mitigate brand damage for the blatant incompetent service of the lawyer in question.
The fact is this firm has taken money for service it does not provide and wasted a considerable amount of my time.
