Currently discovering a trail of invoices passed through my strata scheme under the table - to issue a breach to a lot owner (simple template, same as every other one) Pino does a great bargain , $838.

I should mention that includes $12 printing costs, for an emailed breach.

In what world are these price are OK? And I'm rating GV Lawyers because it seems apparently that this law farm are the type to sneakily ride in the back pockets of strata schemes and other bodies. I cannot see anything honest about the way this works even if not unlawful. But hey, there weren't any spelling errors in his emails so, worth it for sure.

If you are looking for debt recovery, Pinto and his team are amazing. Responsive and communication is great. 17 years as a Strata Committee member it is a relief to work with such professionals. The only complaints you will hear re from those they chasing.

I have to agree with the other reviews, it's just a reverse Robin Hood kickback scam cahooting with Strata Companies. From what I can tell, they basically just have secretaries charging ~$200 to send emails, that's about it. My brief experience included a lack of fact checking and a serious privacy breach. Avoid if you can.

Confirmed. It might have once been a reputable legal firm but they sold their souls to become an overpriced and beefed up Debt Collection agency running a well organised scam/scheme with Strata Companies. If you, like me, received harassment from them during pandemic, had them illegally send your personal accounts to a third party or experienced illegal overcharging, report them to the ACCC.
