最近、こちらの弁護士事務所の上田先生にお世話になりましたが、少し残念な経験をしました。最初のミーティングで伺った内容と実際に行われた仕事に違いがあったため、働きに不満があることを伝え、担当の弁護士を変更してほしい旨をメールでお願いしました。すると、その後メールの返信がありませんでした。他の事務所よりも良い仕事をするとおっしゃっていただけに、その後の対応には少し残念な思いをしました。

この件について他の方に相談したところ、こちらの事務所は顧客との関係にメリットがなくなると対応が冷たくなるのだと聞きました。今後利用される方の参考になれば幸いです。

I recently worked with Mr. Ueda at this law firm, and unfortunately, I had a somewhat disappointing experience. The actual work differed from what was discussed during our initial meeting, so I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a change of lawyer via email. However, I received no response after that. Since they had mentioned that they could provide better service than other law firms, I was a bit disappointed with how things were handled afterward.

After discussing this with others, I heard that the firm may become less responsive when they no longer see much benefit in the client relationship. I hope this review will be helpful for those considering their services.

They have many lawyers you can trust. There are highly specialized lawyers related to intellectual property and immigration. They are very friendly. I know there are experts in various fields, but I don't know exactly because I can't talk to others. Among Korean lawyers, Jin-Han Kim and Hyun-Tae Kim are very friendly.
