My first experience with this clinic last week and I was most impressed with the exceptional customer service received by your team member named Tish. She was not only very welcoming to me but I also observed her having a wonderful repore with other patients. So patient and kind. Always actively serving patients and answering phone calls. What an asset to your practice.

I have been with this clinic for decades. All the doctors & physiotherapists are nice in general. This week I was so surprised by the over & above service I received from one of the new male doctors. I'm giving him a 5 star rating but minus 1 as the receptionists there have failed me a few times over the recent years & one didn't even apologise.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for years and it’s one of the best in terms of compassion and care of service. Service from some of the reception staff could be improved though.

The doctors, nurses and reception staff at Hallam Family Practice are always amazing professionals.

Thank you for providing such a high level of care, expertise and treatment throughout the years to my relatives and myself and for sending flowers when my relative passed.

Went to the dentist, William Phan...what a fantastic experience...have always had traumatic experiences but he was so gentle, explained everything needed to do in a very relaxed atmosphere ...dental nurse was lovely too. Price very reasonable and was on a Sunday too, very convenient for working people.

Terrible service and attitude of staff. I had blood tests done as I was going to a health retreat in Queensland. Every time I asked to have the results emailed the staff were rude and unhelpful. It’s the end of my stay on Saturday and when I called for the third time they kept saying to check my junk box.
Then I asked to read the email address.they spelt my name wrong.
The doctors are nice but reception staff TERRIBLE.

They said they couldn’t send it until Tuesday. I was not happy. They kept saying there was nothing they could o. Then they said they could fax it. Who has a fax machine these days.
Then they said they would email it. I checked the address to make sure it was correct .
Still waiting. Waiting a week and still nothing. The reason I got the blood tests was to help my results at the retreat and got nowhere.
I threatened to write a bad review so they eventually got my doctor to call me back. He apologised for the reception staff attitude but it caused a lot of stress in the meantime.

I was 10 to 15 minutes late for my appointment for the first time and received a warning from the receptionist stating that I would be blocked from booking future appointments if it happened again. This is not an appropriate way to treat patients.

On many occasions, I have waited for more than 30-40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before being seen. It seems I should have expressed my frustration as well at those times.
