Engaged Brian for court in Moss Vale - had little consultation/direction prior to the date and was only told to collect information from my doctor the afternoon before the day which of course the doctor couldn’t release what I needed in time (which could have significantly helped my case). On the day itself in court Brian walked right past me and dealt with maybe 4 other clients before speaking to me. Oh and he also said the events incorrectly to the magistrate making the situation seem worse than it was.
Safe to say there was no benefit in engaging him for the price I paid. Probably would have done a better job representing myself, those who did seemed better off that day leniency wise as they got to speak and tell their own story of events, and not have it told incorrectly for them. Brian was taking on way too much at once which resulted in poor service for me and undoubtedly his various other clients that day. I received no lighter outcome. Should have just kept my money. Thumbs down Brian - you seemed overworked so enjoy retirement looks like you needed it
