I brought my stand mixer Chef XL to repair on Friday afternoon with not so much hope because it is 12 years old and has never been serviced The technical service called me middle day Monday to give me a diagnostic and asked if I wanted to repair it. 3pm afternoon was ready to pick and it's working as a Queen 😉👌They use original parts and cost me $280 a new cost me $1.000 then worth every cent. Great service, absolutely recommend it

Disappointing Service –
I contacted Hans Electrical recently for some assistance. After speaking with the guy on the phone, he asked me to email photos of the issue, which I did promptly. It’s now been 8 days, and I still haven’t received any response. This level of service is really disappointing, especially after I followed the instructions and waited patiently. I would not recommend this business if you’re looking for timely and reliable support.

Was recommended this company, by the product provider. After paying $100 for the unit to be inspected, I had not been contacted after month. I was then informed by the technician that the entire unit had to be replaced. The cost to replace the unit was $1,100 .I asked for a specific diagnostic sheet specifying the fault and was not provided with one by the reception. After taking it to another technician, I was told
" This unit has not been correctly dismantled and inspected". The unit was then repaired for $70 in 2 days.

I cannot fault the service provided and the communication with the technician. Abdul made sure i had the least to do in resetting everything on the tv. Nothing was missed, all rubbish taken away. I would not hesitate to recommend Hans Electronic Services to anyone .

Abdul from Hans Electronic Services was a delight to work with. Our heating/cooling reverse cycle air-conditioning system was not working. We had had over the previous three months, contractors from four different companies out to fix the system, but to no avail and we were several hundred dollars out of pocket.
Abdul came out, discovered the fault and rectified it immediately. It was so minor! Rats had eaten away a wire in the condenser unit. Thank you Abdul!
