What should have been an extremely simple and straight forward Will which involved minimal money and assets was apparently written with enough ambiguity to allow the Will to be contested.
Beneficiary was subjected to harassment, intimidation, bullying and verbal abuse from other family members because solicitor's advice to not contact beneficiary apparently had no legal standing and so was ignored.
And at the end of it all beneficiary was denied inheritance items as written in the Will.
So extremely disappointing, frustrating, stressful, annoying and heartbreaking.
